Users may use maximum length of 1150ft(350m) cable on a reel as an option.
RoboReel S has all the most advanced technologies in existence and among them, the representative function is Synchronized function.
Typically, it is common to install an electric motor called Powered cable reel, which automatically winds and unwinds the cable.
However, in that case, when the tractor reverses and rewinds the cable at the same time, if the reversing speed of the tractor does not match the speed it rewinds the cable and the tractor steps on it, then the cable may get damaged, vice versa.
Easy cable replacement on the sight
We often encounter cable failures or breaks in very complex and harsh field
situations.
The best is to have a cable that is solid and robust enough and never get cut,
but if things happen unexpectedly, usually the broken cables are sent to a repair center and that is very time and money consuming work just to exchange cables.
Unlike other products, however, RoboReel S is designed in a thorough
pre-calculated manner so that users can easily replace cables on the spot according to the DIY basic philosophy.
In other words, in order for the users to replace the cable directly, 30 minutes is enough by using the basic tool and following manuals described on YouTube video. Again, what we are pursuing is only the users’ advantages and their time.
More Thinner, But More Stronger
The cable applied to RoboReel S was prepared thoroughly based on various operational data acquired on site for 40 years.
A cable with a total of 6 pins is only 7mm thick and its weight is very light, but it is still enough for the tractor to carry up to 1150ft.
Power cable, image cable and data communication cable are shielded and separated so as not to have any negative effects such as noise on the irradiation image, and it has a tensile strength of up to 300kg, so it is not easily damaged or broken.
