TAP Electronics is developing the official project name “ROBOCAM S” as a mass-production version of the Robocam AI, which was announced in 2018.
ROBOCAM S is developed under the basic motto of the Robocam AI: the best design, stae-of-the-art sensor technology transplantation, and to allow consumers to conduct direct repair and size modification.
The new product will be launched simultaneously in North America, Europe, Japan and China in the first half of 2021.
The biggest feature of RoboCam S is that it allows consumers to simply self-repair the product, and not making them to go to the repair center.
Just like a LEGO block, they can even change the shape of the robot to their taste.
It can also automatically measure the slope and diameter of the tube, by using an IR sensor.
